Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180°C). Butter and line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan. Set aside.

In a large bowl mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
(6 oz/170 g) rolled oats2 cups(10 oz/284 g) all-purpose flour2 cups(6 oz/170 g) dark brown sugar1 cupbaking powder1 teaspoon(8 oz/225 g) butter (, softened)1 cup(14 oz/397 g) whole berry cranberry sauce1 can

Rub in the butter until evenly combined and resembles damp, coarse breadcrumbs.

Press ¾ of the oat mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.

Gently spread the cranberry sauce over the oat layer, then sprinkle the remaining ¼ of the oat mixture over the cranberries, pressing down lightly to ensure that it all sticks together

Bake for ⏱️ 25-30 minutes, until golden and set.

Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into 12 bars.
