Combine 1½ oz. Scotch, ¾ oz. Punt e Mes, ½ oz. Islay Scotch, ¼ oz. Luxardo Maraschino, and 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled, 20–⏱️ 30 seconds, then strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Express a lemon twist over top and discard the twist.
