In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients for the boy Cowboy Caviar. Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Pre-bake the pizza crust according to the package directions if using a canned dough. If using a ball of pizza dough

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet and set aside.

Roll or pat the dough into a rectangle shape, about 1/4″ thick. Place the dough on the prepared sheet and bake for ⏱️ 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

When you remove the crust from the oven lightly brush it with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Allow the crust to cool and then top with your Cowboy Caviar evenly. Drizzle with sour cream or Chipotle Cream if desired.
