Blend butter, lime zest and juice, cumin and cilantro in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap butter in parchment or plastic wrap to form a log. Twist ends of parchment, squeezing toward the center to create a tight log. Chill until firm, 50 to ⏱️ 60 minutes.

Place the coriander seeds on a rimmed baking sheet. Roll butter in seeds and press to coat. Slice into pats.

Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.

Husk corn and remove silky threads. Cook until tender, 3 to ⏱️ 5 minutes. Serve immediately with flavored butter.
