📝 Preparation Steps
1
Preheat to 350°F. Line a 16- inch round pizza pan with parchment paper* (cut into a circle). Set aside.
2
In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together for ⏱️ 2 minutes on medium speed.
3
Add in the vanilla, eggs, baking soda, and salt and mix for ⏱️ 1 minute, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Turn the mixer to low and slowly add in the flour, mixing until just combined.

4
Stir in the chocolate chips and press into the prepared pan, leaving about an inch at the edge of the pan to allow for spreading. Bake for 15 – ⏱️ 17 minutes, until the edges are just set and the top is only slightly glossy.
5
Remove the pan from the oven and evenly sprinkle on the marshmallows. Return the cookie back to the oven and bake for an additional ⏱️ 3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed, but not toasted.
6
Remove the pan from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Immediately sprinkle on your preferred toppings. Allow the cookie pizza to cool completely before slicing and serving.
