Coconut Porridge
This is such a speedy breakfast, it literally takes 10 minutes! I love how warming it is too, so perfect for the wintery months. It tastes unbelievably good just on its own as the banana gives a wonderful sweetness, the almond butter adds a delicious nutty touch and the coconut adds a tropical blend.

Simply add the oats, water, coconut milk and slices of banana to a saucepan.

Cook over a low heat for about ⏱️ 10 minutes stirring often, until the liquid has all been absorbed and it’s thick and creamy.

Then stir in the almond butter and coconut oil and let them dissolve into the mix.

Once it’s all nicely mixed through, pour it into a bowl, add all your favourite toppings and then it’s ready to enjoy.
