Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat all the ingredients (except the powdered sugar) until combined. Pour batter into a plastic squeeze bottle with a narrow opening.

Heat a griddle over medium until hot; grease lightly.

Working quickly, squeeze batter to form 4 thin, straight lines that intersect at a common center point to form a star. Then squeeze curved thin streams of the batter to connect the lines. Cook ⏱️ 30 seconds or until golden brown; carefully flip and cook for another ⏱️ 30 seconds.

Transfer cookies to a nonstick cookie sheet.

Bake for ⏱️ 5 minutes until almost crisp.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool and continue to crisp up.
