In a small bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar.

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Spread the Nutella over half of the quesadilla and then fold the other half over the Nutella to create a half circle. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook ⏱️ 1-2 minutes, flip and cook another ⏱️ 1-2 minutes, or until the Nutella is warmed through. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and add to a plate. Immediately sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. You will not need all the cinnamon sugar, save any leftover for another use. Slice in half and EAT!
