1. In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and vodka. Stir until combined. Add the rosemary and 1-2 star anise (if you like). Chill until ready to serve. 2. Just before serving, add ice to your punch bowl. Pour over the champagne and ginger beer. Mix in the apple/orange slices and pomegranate arils. 3. Add ice to cocktail glasses and pour over the punch. Serve with sugared cranberries and rosemary.

1. In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups fresh cranberries with 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey. Let sit ⏱️ 10-15 minutes. Strain the cranberries, then add them to a parchment-lined baking sheet.2. Toss the cranberries with 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar until all the cranberries are coated. Allow the cranberries to dry in a single layer for at least one hour.
