Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Before cooking the chourico, you'll need to remove the outer casing from the sausage. Once removed, diced the chourico into small pieces.

Add the oil to a nonstick skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the diced chourico and cook ⏱️ 3-4 minutes until its lightly browned; then add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Spread the tortilla chips evenly on the sheet pan; then top with the black beans, diced tomatoes, chourico and shredded cheese.

Place the sheet pan in the oven and cook for ⏱️ 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, hot and bubbly.
