Place the dates into a pan over a medium heat and cover with the almond milk. Cook for ⏱️ 15-20 minutes until the dates completely break down and feel really soft. Stirring occasionally.

Once soft, stir through the cacao powder, tahini and coconut oil. Mix well until everything comes together.

At this point, remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Once cool, pour all of the ingredients into a powerful food processor and blend until a smooth, thick spread comes together.
