Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
These peanut butter cups are amazing, I absolutely love them. The cacao butter sets into the perfect chocolatey base and tastes delicious with the sticky peanut topping.

Start by making your base; melt the cacao butter in a pan over a medium heat.

Once melted, add in the cacao powder, maple syrup and salt and give it stir for another couple of minutes.

Evenly pour the mixture into 10 cupcake cases.

Put in the fridge to set for at least ⏱️ 1-2 hours.

While the bases are setting make the topping. Simply place all of the ingredients in a food processor.

Blend until everything is smooth.

Once the bases are set, remove from the fridge.

Add a dollop of your peanut butter mixture on top of each.

Use a spoon to swirl the tops.

Place back in the fridge to cool, another ⏱️ 1-2 hours.
