Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F).

Line a cookie sheet with Silpat or parchment paper.

In a bowl combine the oat bran, almond flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder. Stir to combine.

In a separate bowl beat together the butter and sugar. Add in the vanilla and milk. Beat to combine.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the mixture.

Stir until just combined. Add the chocolate and mix to combine.

Scoop out 10-12 cookies and roll into balls.

Arrange on the baking sheet.

Bake for ⏱️ 12 minutes, then let them cool for another ⏱️ 15 minutes, before removing from the baking sheet and transferring to a cooling rack.

Store in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
