Combine 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup, ¼ cup malt powder, and ¾ cup whole milk in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth, about ⏱️ 30 seconds. Divide between two small glasses, top with whipped cream and crushed chocolate malt balls or cocoa powder (if using), and serve immediately.
