In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, vanilla extract, milk and mix until smooth.

Add cake flour, baking powder and mix until just combined.

Coat chocolate chips in 2 tsp flour and gently, stir in chocolate chips into the batter.

Pour batter in cupcake liners.

Bake at 350 degrees F for ⏱️ 15-16 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.

While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the mint chocolate chip frosting.

Allow cupcakes to cool down completely.
