Chocolate Chia Pudding
This simple chia pudding makes the perfect naturally sweet dessert or afternoon treat. As with the simple chia pudding you can add any topping, I love it with a sprinkle of cacao nibs for a little crunch.

Place the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, cacao powder and yogurt in a bowl and stir well.

Leave to one side for ⏱️ 10-15 minutes to thicken up, stirring it once or twice during this time to make sure it sets evenly.

Once thickened, top with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
