Chocolate & Raisin Flake Cakes
These chocolate and raisin flake cakes are a great treat to make and enjoy at home. They're deliciously chocolatey with a crisp crunch from the cereal flakes and a sweet chewiness from the raisins. We use our Multigrain Flakes to make them, which also contain some whole nuts, but you can add these in if you don't have any at home.

Line a 12 hole muffin tray with cupcake cases.

Melt the chocolate, almond butter and brown rice syrup (or date syrup) together in a pan over a low heat, stirring to ensure the chocolate does not burn.

Once melted, pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl and add the raisins and flakes. Mix well until everything is coated in the chocolate and almond butter mixture.

Divide the mixture equally between 12 cupcake cases.

Place the cakes in the fridge and leave for at least ⏱️ 1 hour until set.

Once the cakes are set, melt some more chocolate and drizzle over the top. Place back in the fridge to set.
