Marinate the shrimp

Add the peeled shrimp to a bowl. Mix with the salt, mayo, ground cumin, and blended chipotles in adobo. Set aside for a few minutes to marinate. So long as the shrimp are peeled, they can be cooked straight from frozen! Make sure to prepare/gather all your other taco components before you cook the shrimp because they will cook fast.

Sear the shrimp

Set a large skillet or griddle over high heat. Once the griddle is hot, toss on the shrimp. Sear them until browned and cooked through about ⏱️ 6-8 minutes.

Remove the shrimp and toast the corn tortillas on the warm pan. Slather the tortillas with sour cream & hot sauce, the cooked shrimp, salsa verde, and pickled onions. Enjoy.
