Chicken Stuffed with Figs, Prosciutto and Gorgonzola
I was recently introduced to figs and I really enjoyed them. I was looking for some fig recipes and I kept coming across the combinations of figs, cheese and prosciutto. I also saw a recipe

Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the slice of prosciutto on the flattened chicken.

Place the fig and gorgonzola cheese on one end of the chicken and roll the chicken up.

Lightly flour the outside on the rolled up chicken.

Dip the chicken in the egg followed by the panko bread crumbs.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Cook the chicken in the oil until it is golden brown on all sides.

Cook the chicken in a pre-heated 350F/180C oven for ⏱️ 20 minutes.
