Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook, about ⏱️ 5-8 minutes, before setting aside.

Add the garlic, thyme, and paprika, and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the broth, mustard, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and chicken, mix well, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens a bit, about ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat, mix in the sour cream and dill and season with salt and pepper to taste before enjoying!
