Cook the chicken, onions and pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the tomatoes, olives, raisins, and capers, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for ⏱️ 5 minutes.
