Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the chicken and onion and cook, breaking the chicken apart as it cooks, until cooked.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the marinara sauce and oregano and simmer for ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Divide the chicken mixture between the garlic bread buns, top with the parmesan and mozzarella. (The cheese should melt on the still hot sauce, but you can broil it or warm it in the oven.)

Mix the butter, garlic, parmesan, and parsley.
