Make meatloaf: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine chicken, eggs, onion, bell pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mustard, Worcestershire, oregano, and 1/4 cup ketchup in a bowl until just combined. Transfer mixture to a standard (8 1/2 x 4 1/2) nonstick loaf pan.

Make glaze: Whisk together brown sugar and remaining 1/4 cup ketchup in a bowl. Brush glaze on top of meatloaf. Bake ⏱️ 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and cook until an instant-read thermometer reaches 160°F, 35 to ⏱️ 40 minutes. Let rest ⏱️ 15 minutes before serving.
