For the Meatballs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; mix well. Form into 16 meatballs (I used a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop); place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for ⏱️ 20 minutes.

Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and allow to simmer on low for15 minutes.

For the Marsala Sauce

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan; then add mushrooms. Cook ⏱️ 5 minutes until the mushrooms start to soften; then add the flour to form a roux.

Next, add the chicken broth, marsala, parsley, salt and pepper and stir until blended; then add the heavy cream. Bring to a boil; then lower to a simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
