Heat the pan over medium-high heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy, about ⏱️ 3-5 minutes

Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked, about ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Add the onion and mushrooms and stir-fry for ⏱️ 3 minutes before adding the carrot and peas and stir-frying for another ⏱️ 3 minutes.
