Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the oil, lime juice and zest, taco seasoning, and soy sauce for ⏱️ 20 minutes to overnight.

Heat the oil in a large pan/skillet over medium-high heat, shake off the excess marinade, place the chicken in the pan and cook through, about ⏱️ 3-5 minutes per side, before setting aside.
