Add ground chicken to a large bowl along with all of the spices and the maple syrup.

Mix to combine (I used my hands.)Portion into 8 patties.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot add in sausage and cook for ⏱️ 3-4 minutes on each side.
