Heat the oil in a wok, or large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked, about ⏱️ 3-5 minutes, before setting aside.

Add the asparagus and stir-fry until it starts to turn a dark green, about ⏱️ 2 minutes.

Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about ⏱️ 30 seconds.

Add the chicken back to the pan, along with the mixture of the broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and cornstarch, mix and cook until the sauce thickens, about ⏱️ 2 minutes.

Add the cashews and green onions, mix and cook for a minute.
