In a large bowl, stir chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, and maple syrup until combined.

Refrigerate for at least ⏱️ 2 hours, until chia seeds have gelled and liquid has thickened. Serve with fruit. Enjoy!

Note: Make sure to use a homogenized full-fat coconut milk, not light coconut milk.
