Cut rice noodles in 3 inch pieces. Add them on a plate and pour 1 tbs oil and 1 tbs oyster sauce on top.

In a large pot, boil water and place steaming tray. Once the water is boiling, add your rice noodle plate to steam. Steam for ⏱️ 5-8 minutes until rice noodles are hot.

To make peanut butter sauce, add 2 tbs peanut butter in a bowl. Slowly mix in 1 tbs of water (up to 4 tbs) in the peanut butter until its your desired consistency. It should be smooth without clumps!

Next, add some soy sauce, peanut butter sauce, and hoisin sauce to the rice noodles. Be careful not to add too much hoisin sauce or else it gets too sweet. Measure with your heart because there's not a right amount of sauce ;) If you have XO sauce, add some on top for super delicious umami flavor.
