FOR THE STEAK FLATBREAD:

To cook the steak: Season steak on both sides with seasonings (salt and pepper, paprika, cumin and garlic powder.

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak on both sides for ⏱️ 30 seconds.

Transfer skillet to the oven and cook for ⏱️ 5 minutes per side for medium. Remove from the oven and cover with foil, let it stand at room temperature for ⏱️ 10 minutes before cutting.

Slice into thin pieces.

Lower oven temperature to 350F.

Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Top flatbreads with steak, add avocado, green onion and top with Pace® Picante Mild.

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Butter/oil baking sheet. Line potatoes on the baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Add butter on top. Bake for ⏱️ 25 minutes until cooked.
