Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, reserving 1/4 cup of the cheese. Mix well, then form into a rectangular loaf and place in an oven safe baking dish.

Bake for approximately ⏱️ 40-45 minutes; then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Place the meatloaf back in the oven for another ⏱️ 10-15 minutes until the meatloaf is cooked through and the cheese has melted. (Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your preference.)
