Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13” pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk eggs in a large bowl.

Stir in butter, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt (mixture will be lumpy).
