Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.Add in onions and sauté for ⏱️ 4 minutes or until the onions start to get some color on them.

Add in the chicken and saute for ⏱️ 5 minutes (the chicken will not be all the way cooked that's ok)

Add in the butter and once melted stir in the rice and garlic. Toast for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and milk cover and simmer for ⏱️ 12 minutes.
