Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, for ⏱️ 5-7 minutes or until the onion has softened.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground chicken. Cook the chicken until no longer pink, breaking it up as you cook. Add in the salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes rice, broccoli, and chicken broth. Stir to combine, and bring the mixture up to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to low and cook for ⏱️ 10 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
