Start by rinsing the strawberries under cold water; then allow to dry on paper towels. Leave the stems on as it will help with dipping.

Add the butter and cream cheese to a mixing bowl, along with the sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

Next, place the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl; then you're ready to assemble. (I used the boxed graham cracker crumbs; however, if you only have whole graham crackers, you can pulse them in a mini food chopper before dipping.)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; then assemble the strawberries by dipping them into the cream cheese icing; then into the graham cracker crumbs. Repeat for all of the strawberries. Place them in the refrigerator for ⏱️ 30-60 minutes until ready to serve.
