Step 1. Toast the Bread

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Slice the bread 1/2-inch thick into twelve rounds; then lay flat on a baking sheet. Spray the tops with cooking spray; then sprinkle the tops with garlic powder.

Place the pan in the oven and cook ⏱️ 3-5 minutes until the bread is slightly toasted. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Step 2. Make the Cheeseburgers

Add the ground beef, cheese, ketchup, and adobe seasoning to a bowl; then mix well until blended. Form twelve burgers using a tablespoon; then flatten them out into round discs.

Heat a grill pan on top of the stove over medium high heat; then add the cheeseburgers and cook ⏱️ 5-6 minutes; flipping halfway until cooked through.

Step 3. Assemble the Cheeseburger Crostini

Lay the toasted bread on a serving platter; then top each round with a cooked cheeseburger and top with a slice of pickle.
