Cheddar Onion Ring Chips
Made with just 4 ingredients, these Cheddar Onion Ring Chips are an easy, lower carb snack! They’re a tasty alternative to traditional deep fried onion rings and potato chips when you're craving something salty.

📝 Preparation Steps

Coat a Wilton muffin top pan with nonstick spray. (See note below.)

Add freshly shredded cheddar cheese to each circle (about 1/4 cup.)

Next, add an onion circle on top of the cheese and two pickled jalapeños on top of the onion. Sprinkle with a bit of creole seasoning.

Bake at 400F for about ⏱️ 12-15 minutes or until the edges start to brown. (Watch them carefully, as they can go from done to burnt quickly.)

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Then run a dull knife around the edges of the cheddar onion chips to take them out.

Transfer to paper towel-lined plates to drain for ⏱️ 10 minutes and crisp up.

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired and enjoy!
