This chai latte is literally a hug in a mug! It’s so soothing and warming; it’s the most perfect winter drink! I love having this after a meal when I crave something sweet but don’t feel like making a dessert. It’s so creamy and has the most amazing deep flavours from all the incredibly rich spices. Brown rice milk is also naturally really sweet so it works perfectly for this recipe!

Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer for about ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Stir well to make sure the maple syrup has mixed in.
