In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the chicken. Mix well.

Place the chicken thighs in a zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least ⏱️ 30 minutes and no longer than ⏱️ 24 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (~400°F).

Remove the chicken from the marinade (discard the marinade) and grill for 5 to ⏱️ 7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
