In a large bowl add 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, 2 cups fresh cauliflower florets, ½ medium chopped red onion, ½ pound cooked and chopped bacon, 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese, ⅓ cup slivered almonds, and ¼ cup sunflower seeds.
