Shred carrots in a food processor or with a grater.

Add all of the ingredients carrots, oats, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, nut butter, vanilla and maple syrup to a large bowl. Toss to combine then refrigerate for ⏱️ 30 minutes (this makes them easier to roll)
