Mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar before mixing in the eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.

Mix the dry mixture into the wet mixture.

Mix the white chocolate chips and candy cane bits into the batter.

Spread the batter over the bottom of a greased (or parchment paper lined or foil lined) 13×8 inch baking pan and bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven until a knife poked into the center comes out clean, about ⏱️ 18-22 minutes.
