For the Calabrese Patties

Start by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Form four patties; then you can either broil or grill them. To broil, place on a broiler pan in a preheated oven and cook for ⏱️ 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.For grilling, place the burgers on a preheated 425 degree F grill and cook ⏱️ 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.

Add one cooked pattie to the bottom a bun or your favorite type of roll. Next, dollop some of the sun dried tomato dijonaise on top and spread evenly; then top with the bun.
