In a mixing bowl, add eggs, oil and and mix until smooth.

Eggs (Large, Room temperature)2

Add cake mix, baking powder and mix until combined.

Cover bowl with saran wrap and chill cookie dough in the fridge for ⏱️ 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Scoop out small portions of the cookie dough and roll them into small balls.

Roll these cookie balls in a bowl of powdered sugar.

Powdered sugar (For rolling cookie dough balls)1 cup

Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
