Melt the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the beef, onion, bell pepper, celery and cook, breaking the beef apart as it cooks until the beef is cooked and the veggies are tender, about ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Add the garlic and cajun seasoning, mix and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the broth, rice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and bay leaves, mix, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the rice is cooked, ⏱️ 20 minutes.

Remove the bay leaves, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix in the green onions and parsley and enjoy!
