Start cooking the pasta as directed on the package.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken, seasoned with the cajun seasoning, and cook, about ⏱️ 5-8 minutes, before setting aside.

Melt the butter in the pan that you cooked the chicken in, add the onion and peppers and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cajun seasoning, sprinkle on flour and cook, mixing, for ⏱️ 1 minute.

Add the diced tomatoes and cream, mix well and simmer to thicken a bit, about ⏱️ 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, and mix in the cream cheese and parmesan.

Mix in the cooked pasta, chicken and mix, optionally mixing in some of the water that the pasta was cooked in to get the sauce to the desired consistency.
