Cacao & Ginger Smoothie
This is such a simple smoothie packed full of flavour and delicious textures. The ginger adds a kick of spice, while the cacao and almond butter make it rich and indulgent. We love to quickly blitz through some cacao nibs for a delicious crunch, but you can leave these out if you want a smoother smoothie.

Place all of the ingredients, apart from the cacao nibs, into a powerful blender and blend until smooth.

Once smooth, add the cacao nibs and pulse a couple of times to break them down a little and mix them through, these add a delicious crunch.
