Cacao & Almond Oat Bar
This recipe inspired our cacao & almond on-the-go oat bar. The date syrup and coconut blossom nectar provide the perfect amount of sweetness, whilst the raisins and almonds create an incredible texture. These are a great snack for any time of day.

Preheat oven to 180C (350F), fan setting. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.

In a large bowl, mix together the cacao nibs, cacao powder, flaked almonds, raisins, oats and sea salt.

Place the date syrup, coconut oil, sunflower oil, coconut blossom nectar, almond butter and brown rice syrup in a small pan over a medium heat and cook until melted and slightly bubbling, but donβt bring to the boil.

Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine - adding a dash of water if needed to bind. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray and press down very well, making sure it is all evenly spread.

Bake in the oven for β±οΈ 12-14 minutes until golden.

Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool before cutting into equal bars.
