Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Using a spider or a slotted spoon, gently lower each egg into the water. Return to a boil and cook for ⏱️ 10 minutes. Drain and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let sit until the eggs are cool enough to handle, about ⏱️ 1 minute, then peel.

Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a medium bowl. Add the Heluva Good! Buttermilk Ranch Dip, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Mash the yolks with the back of a fork and stir until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the chives, salt, and pepper.
